Traditional COVID-19 testing is both expensive and incredibly slow. By testing groups of employees that are already in close contact, we're able to drive down the cost and provide timely results.

How Group Testing Works A Test Well Collection Specialist will arrive at your workplace and collect individual saliva samples in groups of 2-5 employees, then run them together as one lab test at our clinic, right here in Tahoe. We'll email you the results. Using the same amount of resources to test more people helps to increase efficiency and decrease costs. We won't be able to say exactly who has the SARS-CoV-2 virus in a particular group and do not provide individual test results, only a result indicating if the group is negative or positive. As part of our surveillance strategy, we recommend the consideration of additional individual diagnostic testing, especially for those who were identified in a positive group, who were recently exposed to COVID-19, or who are displaying symptoms of the virus. Please see our FAQ for more information. Getting tested is now the easiest part of the pandemic.
